Refuse grinder - with metal removed by magnets and outlet collector

Size reduction device is for elastic, sticky and limpy materials such as refuse and other wastes. It consists of a rotating vessel with an eccentrically mounted and rapidly rotating grinding tool whose shaft is parallel to the vessel axis. This consists of >=1 toothed wheel mounted perpendicular to the shaft which (partially) dips into the material being treated. At least one magnet is mounted on the vessel wall so as to cut on the inner wall of the vessel which has a uniform curvature. An extn. chute to remove the metal so collected is located inside the vessel. Pref. there should be several magnets and the extn. chute has wipers to wipe the vessel wall and remove the iron so collected. Used with refuse esp. industrial refuse. Magnetic components are efficiently sepd.
