PURPOSE:To improve the service for an elevator by shortening the time from the transmission of a starting instruction to the movement of a cage by constituting the title device so that the charge for a smoothing condenser is completed before the starting instruction is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A control means 29 closes an opening/closing means for charge before a starting instruction is transmitted, and charges a smoothing condenser 3. Therefore, when the starting instructing is taken into the control means 29, an opening/closing means for operation instruction is closed, and an elevator cage is speedily travelled. Therefore, the time from the generation of the starting instruction to the movement of the elevator cage can be shortened. Further, when a safety check means 28 is operated, the control means 29 opens an opening/closing means for charging, and at the time point when the rescue operation is confirmed, a safety circuit is reset, and the opening/closing means for charging is closed, and the rescue operation is permitted. |
