PURPOSE:To prevent a fitting part from being a radiant sound source by measures of incorporatively forming a seal part coming in contact with the fitting surface on the side of an internal combustion engine and an antivibration part to arrest the fitting surface on the side of a cover in use of rubber material along with fixing a retaining plate at the rear thereof.
