The network covers a large area and consists of a number of overlapping signal concentration areas arranged like a cellular system. A first frequency distribution plan is provided for the signal concentrators, which largely eliminates interferences due to the use of the same channel in adjacent areas. Radii of the first circular signal concentrator zones are inversely proportional to the population density of subscribers. In a zone of specially high subscriber density second signal concentrator zones with longer radii and using frequencies not in use in the others, are superposed on the first signal concentrator zones.
