PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device that suppresses imbalanced brightness of a light emitting panel.SOLUTION: An operation device has a light emitting panel that has a light emitting face to emit light to be captured by an information processing device through a camera, on its front face, a light source G disposed behind and away from the light emitting panel, and a light guide plate 327 extending toward the rear face of the light emitting panel from the light source G.
