<p>PURPOSE:To increase the flight distance of a long club and make a short club easy to grasp the swing timing by increasing the tapering of fiber-reinforced plastic shafts of golf clubs in sequence from the club with a smaller club number to the club with a larger club number. CONSTITUTION:Fiber-reinforced plastic shafts 1Wa-SWa of clubs 1W-SW are manufactured with mandrels different in length and tapering, each club has the length required for the club number, and the tapering is increased from the club with a smaller club number to the club with a larger club number in sequence. The long club with a small club number is made lightweight, the head speed is increased, and the flight distance can be extended. The tapering of a shaft is increased for the club with a larger club number, thus the augmentation of the natural frequency is increased, the reduction of the inertial moment using a grip end as a rotary center is decreased, the torque of the shaft is decreased, the swing timing is easily grasped, a miss shot rarely occurs, and the precision of the directivity and flight distance is improved.</p> |
