PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy formation of a protective film, by incorporating a transistor of Darlington connection through formation of each emitter layer at and around the center of the common base layer surface on the upper surface of a semiconductor substrate, surrounding the central emitter layer with the non-conductive layers, and connecting the base layer right under the emitter layer between the emitter and the base of the driver transistor. |
