The machine applies cement rendering to a vertical wall and has a frame carrying a vertically moving carriage. The frame is adjusted away from the wall giving the thickness required. The rendering is applied in vertical bands, the machine being moved each time. The carriage has a horizontal belt conveyor, the cement being deposited in a layer from a bulk container outlet. The layer is deposited into a pocket for application to the wall, being simultaneously smoothed as the carriage rises. Vibrations improve adherence and compaction in the pocket.
