PURPOSE:To realize a maximum/minimum value selection circuit with high accuracy by using a differential amplifier so as to amplify a level difference of two input signals. CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier 12 applies the operation of (positive side input signal A)-(negative side input signal B) and also applies amplification. When there is any voltage difference between the input signals A and B, a noninverting output terminal of the differential amplifier 12 takes a positive value with respect to a center level V2 in the case of A>B and an inverting output terminal takes a negative value. A 1st TR 13 of a 1st switch 31 and a 2nd TR 14 of a 2nd switch 32 are turned on immediately and a 3rd TR 15 of the 1st switch 31 and a 4th TR 16 of the 2nd switch 32 are immediately turned off. |
