<p>Suction device for machine for automatic cutting of dough comprises a suction chamber with a suction piston for impelling the dough, and a slide which is adjusted to an orifice of the chamber and which is provided with a cylinder and a metering piston. The latter moves between a position in which the cylinder communicates with the chamber for charging, and a position in which the cylinder opens towards means for receiving metered portions of dough. A passage of reduced cross-section allows communication between the suction chamber and the charging hopper and its ends are associated with movements of the suction piston in such a way that the chamber communicates with the hopper before the piston reaches the end of its return stroke, to avoid negative counter-pressure during the return stroke.</p> |
