The freely-rotatable soil working members 24 or 32A are carried by arms 22 or 22A secured at their forward ends to vertical shafts 21 which are rotatably supported in sleeves 19, so that the members 24 or 32A are bodily displaceable about the axes b. The extent of this displacement is limited by recesses in the shafts 21 cooperating with pins 38, and spring mechanisms (not shown) may urge the arms 22 or 22A to their central positions. |
