The head may be be constructed as a fluidic oscillator of the type disclosed in Specification 1515892 or may include a flexible pipe 121, Fig. 12, oscillating within a chamber 123, or a heart-shaped chamber, Fig. 13, having water inlets 132, 133 and in which water is directed to the outlet 136 by an oscillating reel 134.
