PURPOSE:To increase the operative voltage margin by applying the pulse-type voltage which is lower than the discharge starting voltage at the non-selection time when the pulse-type voltage is applied to X electrode part in a time-division way and also at the non-selection time for the switching circuit connected to Y electrode respectively.
