<p>The water economiser varies the volume of flushing water coming from the cistern. A trip device raises the release arm and thus the ball from the valve seat s that flushing water can leave the cistern, as soon as the operating handle is lifted or pressed. A float is automatically connected with the ball and its weight acts on the ball when it is off the valve seat and the water falls to a level which is higher than the level at which the ball returns to the seat. A locking device prevents the float from sinking too low so that the coupling device is operated. The float is also prevented from sinking too low when the handle is deflected in a first direction.</p> |
