<p>The valve for gas or liquefied gas in cigarette lighters has a housing for the gas inlet, connected to the outlet via a flow channel. The max. outlet quantity from the valve is controlled by a restrictor in the flow channel. The restrictor is a porous plug (12) situated in the flow channel. The plug dia. is equal to the channel bore dia. with porosity such that the max. gas flow emerging from the outlet end of the plug has a specified value. The outlet end of the porous plug can be closed by an elastic element (13) arranged downstream of the plug, deformable so that the porous plug is efficiently sealed.</p> |
