<p>In this method, a web of insulating material is wound in the shape of a helix onto a support body. In order to be able to carry out such a method using simple aids and with a comparatively low outlay, a winding roller is used as support body and the at least one layer (11) is separated on its side approximately diametrically opposite the adhesive strip (12).
