The metal fittings are mounted on the face sides of the insulating cylinder. At least one fitting is provided with a pressure relieve device which releases an aperture on overpressure in the housing. The device contains also a deflection branch, directing the gases from the aperture against the other fitting or earth. The outlet aperture of the deflection branch is closed by a cover element coupled at one end securely to the branch, the element being forcibly deflected by gases released by the pressure relieve device. The opened cover element serves as an indicator of the pressure relieve device proper function. The cover element is in the form of a flap (5), secured to the end of a resilient lever (6). The lever prestress provides the flap locking in the exhaust aperture (4) of the deflection branch (3).
