摘要 <p>1430842 L-Lysine by fermentation AJINOMOTO CO Inc 27 April 1973 [27 April 1972 18 Aug 1972 19 Sept 1972 30 Nov 1972] 20149/73 Heading C2C L-Lysine is produced by culturing a lysineproducing strain of Brevibacterium or Corynebacterium under aerobic conditions in an aqueous medium containing assimilable sources of carbon and nitrogen, inorganic salts, at least one growth requisite substance and organic growth promoting substances at pH 5 to 9. The strain of bacteria has a resistance to a feed-back inhibition of lysine (analogues) and a nutrient requirement for at least one of the compounds serine, proline, alanine, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, thiamine, guanine, hypoxanthine and vitamin B 12 . L-Lysine accumulates in the resultant culture broth and may be separated, e.g. as the hydrochloride dihydrate. L-Lysine is used for human and animal nutrition.</p>
