Cable railway running gear - has auxiliary clamps with connecting rod for release of main if cable fails

The running-gear is for a cabin railway track, with an I-sectioned main carrier. The traction cable is continuous and detachably connected to the main carrier by inner main clamps with locking devices on both sides in main guide tracks, and by outside auxiliary clamps with a locking device on one side. This is done to exclude lengthways movements of the intact cable with normal operation. The clamps have an inside main connecting rod linked to them, effecting unlocking of the main clamps or release of the traction cable in the event of traction cable failure.
