The brush has a rotating middle part (1) which consists of two water wheels with paddle ends. A water hose is screwed to the brush handle, so that the water is conducted through pipes and is then pressed through nozzles (4, 4a) as a result of the strong water pressure. The nozzles are arranged obliquely opposite to produce rotation of the water wheels in opposite directions. A partition (6) in the middle of the brushes is impervious to water, and serves to support the two water wheel brushes. The contrary rotation of the two water wheels causes the water to come out through all holes, thereby wetting all the bristles (14, 17). The outer edge of the water wheel paddles (15) is inside the brush casing, and only allows the bristles of the water wheel from the rigid brush part to rotate (17).
