Heald carrying bar mounting

The clamping and release mechanism for the heald carrying bars in a loom is mounted in the side support of a loom shaft, with a spring to hold the end of the bar and release it when changing from the sprung to the unsprung position. A locking bolt is made of a pliable sprung material matching the cross section of the heald carrier bar. At the bottom there is at least one anchor pin.The design gives a cheaply mfd. unit which can be mounted in position without requiring special tools.
