PURPOSE:To disperse a load by permitting a station which becomes overload to relay terminal data to the other station and permitting the station to which terminal data is relayed to assemble terminal data in accordance with an assembling table. CONSTITUTION:Terminal data il is inputted to a first terminal input interface circuit 11-1 from plural terminal to which the terminal station is connected. Terminal data pl which is relayed from the other station is inputted to a second terminal input interface circuit 11-2. When a relay decision part 13 decides the processing of its own station to be an overload state, an input processing part 12 returns inputted terminal data al or a2 as terminal data dl to a terminal output processing part 19. It supplies terminal data dl to a second terminal output interface circuit 21-2 as terminal data b2, and transmits it to the other station as terminal data p2. Thus, the load can be dispersed with respect to the overload of terminal data. |
