<p>The plastics suspension rail for filing folders is H-shaped and its web includes spaced apertures to receive the feet of index signals which can be located at predetermined distances along the rail. The index signals may be folded over into an arcuate U-shaped configuration, one foot of the signal being shorter and having an upwardly folded lip for location under a lip formed by an extension of one shank of the rail. The adjacent shank of the rail is shorter and serves as an abutment of the portion of the signals provided with the feet. Pref. the folded over signal is resilient for clipping in the desired location along the rail.</p> |
