The power station waste heat is used to generate pressurised gas. The latter is used to do work and it flow into cooling tower where the gas is liquefied. The condensate flow automatically back to power station. High pressure gas is used as a heat transfer medium between a power station and dry cooling tower. This gas is a mixture of ammonia and carbon dioxide in a molecular ratio of two to one. The high pressure gas is produced by powers station waste heat. Heat from a coalmine is derived from the water in deep parts by heat pumps. This heat is delivered to the system with pressurised gas.
