PURPOSE:To facilitate aligning of tubes in plumbing work by locating leveling string holders each having a peep hole larger than the thickness of the leveling string and so adjusting the position of the tubes that the leveling string stretched between the leveling string holders through the peep holes does not touch the walls of the peep holes.
