<p>A wire cabler is described in which wire is deployed from rotating spools supported on an oppositely rotating frame in a manner which causes the wire to pass in engagement with the circumferential edges of the spools. The relative rotation of the spools and the rotating frame is such that the twist imparted to the wire is substantially equal but in opposite directions for full and nearly empty spools.</p> |
