The rotatable window or door has a limiting stop. The blocking lever system is pivoted on a moving frame parallel to the frame's rotating axis. This lever system is housed in grooves in moving and fixed frames. The blocking lever end can be held in the fixed frame by a key-actuated lock. The lock cannot be operated from outside through the open window gap since the keyhole of the lock is situated in the area covered by the broad blocking lever when the window is open. The keyhole becomes accessible only in a certain position of this lever corresponding to partial opening of the window.
