Cylinder lock for door panels - prevents unauthorised actuation of associated mortice lock tumblers or locking

The cylinder lock is used for fitting into a door panel. The lock design ensures that neither tumblers nor locking bolts of associated mortice lock can be actuated by an inserted tool when the key is removed. The locking lug (1) of the lock is inclined against the locking part (3) of the mortice lock (10) for blocking the locking bolt (8) when key is withdrawn. The locking lug (1) is profiled for application in mortice locks with several tumblers and also for application with safety locks. When the key is withdrawn then the lug is inclined so taht it holds at least one tumbler (4) against the pin (7) of locking bolt (8).
