PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a body by forming a guide hole perpendicular perforated to a plate surface on a plane-parallel plate cut out of a material, insulating a guide part to be fitted to the guide hole, and separating the body from the plate concentrically to the guide hole by a cutting element to be guided by the guide part. CONSTITUTION: A plane-parallel plate 1 is cut out of a material when a cylindrical body 13 is manufactured of a relatively easily deformable material. Next, a guide hole 4a perpendicularly perforated to the front surface is formed on the plane-parallel plate 1. A guide part 5 to be fitted to the guide hole 4a is inserted into the guide hole 4a, and the desired cylindrical body 13 is separated for the plate 1 concentrically to the guide hole 4a by using a tubular cutting element 9 to be guided by the guide part 5. |
