Paper disintegrator for bales and bundles

Rotor tunes at high speed on a horizontal shaft in a housing, and has disintegrating tools on it. The housing comprises two chambers, one above the other. The lower chamber receives at least a part of the rotor. The upper chamber forms a vortex chamber for the material fed in and has a feed opening which is laterally displaced from the vertical plan through the rotor axis, such that fed-in material is highly centrifuged in the vortex chamber by contact with the rotor tools.
