Mechanical opening up of flat folded plastic box. Box, esp. of PVC-based material, delivered in flat packed condition, is opened by applying suction to two opposite faces and then pulling into upright position; it is then pulled beyond this point to a partly flattened state in the opposite direction, then released. Opening mechanism pref. comprises suction plate moving plane-parallel to suction trolley carrying flattened box. |
