A coaxial multiway rotary coupling is used for transmitting a HF signal from a fixed to a rotary system or vice versa. The coupling is used in radio navigation or radar systems to transmit several high frequency signals in different frequency ranges simultaneously. The transfer is achieved without any physical contact. The rotary couplings (1) consist of an external stator (2) and an internal rotor (4) mounted on ball bearings (2a). The rotating conductors are fed through an annular space (3) and are connected to the aerials. The annular space has several pleats. The pleats are formed by radio or axial conducting elements. The coupling capacity is very high.
