Meat cutter blade set - has sickle shaped blades with balancing and radial adjustment rings to reduce blade shaft deflection

The design aims to reduce shaft deflection by accurate balancing and enabling to maintain gaps as small as 0.25 mm between the blade tips and housing. The assembly consists of sickle-shaped blades (3, 5) with hub parts provided with elongated openings (3.1, 5.1). The hub parts are also fitted with slots (3.4, 5.4) working together with lugs (4.1) on radial adjustment ring (4). The set is also fitted with balancing discs (7a, 7b) which have a cam-shaped contour and can be rotatingly adjusted against each other. The assembly consisting of two blades, and adjusting ring is bolted together into a compact unit by screws (10) and mounted on the hexagonal part (1.1) of hub (1).
