<p>The frame is used to accept middle walls in bee hives and is made up of individual elements (2, 3, 4, 5). It allows simple and practical changing of middle walls in hives for fast cleaning and also prevents warping of the middle walls during use. Every two adjacent individual elements are releasably joined together by a plug - or clamp connection (10, 11, 12, 13). The individual elements have continuous grooves (6, 7, 8, 9) to accept the middle wall and the plug or clamp connections (10, 11, 12, 13) are fitted to the four corner points of the frame (1). The connections (10, 11, 12, 13) are in the form of plastic or metal clamps.</p> |
