PURPOSE:To prevent the disadvantage, such as, separation of a thin film from its thermal element and occurrence of cracking on the thin film when in use by constituting the film of the thermal element with a cermet comprising semiconductor or insulator of an electric conductor of nitride transition metal and nitride aluminum.
