<p>The sports shoe has a shole made of flexible plastics (2). At the back of the sole (2) is an extension (5) projecting beyond the lower part of the upper on the heel side. The base of the sports shoe is formed of a heel wedge (3) and the sole (2). The back extension of the sole (2) is reinforced by a sprung piece (6) which extends inwards inside the base. The sprung piece is (6) in the form of a leaf spring. The heel wedge (3) consists of a comparatively soft plastic material, and the sole (2) of a comparatively rigid plastic. The back edge of the wedge (3) is incorporated in a reinforcement flap. The top side of the extension (5) and of the sole (2) is reinforced by a plate (6).</p> |
