The race member 62 has a bent portion 64 which is located in an annular space 42 between a connector member 34 and an end member 16 so as to allow rotation but so as to fix it axially while the race member 66 terminates in an end portion 68 having a slot 70 through which a tang 72 of a shoe member 74 is located. The member 74 is spaced from a bushing 44 through which the band 30 extends so that whichever way the sheath 54 is bent, with the race member 62 fixed axially, the race 66 can move towards or away from the bushing 44. The band 30 is finally secured to a control rod 26 by a pin 32. |
