CARBURETTOR

The carburettor unit includes a fuel/air channel with an air inlet leading into this channel and a fuel inlet also leading into the channel to mix the fuel with the air inside the channel. An outlet from the channel is supplies unit a mixture of air and vapourised fuel. The unit includes a heating device with an element made from electrically resistant material with a positive resistance temp. coefficient. The element has several heating passages in an arrangement next to each other extending between opposite ends of the heating device and through it. Thus several stays of resistant material are produced between the heated passages. There is also a connection between the fuel-air mixture and the resistance element to facilitate the fuel vaporisation.
