THERMAL HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the contact between heater-resistor and thermal recording paper in order to enhance its heat conductivity and attain the enhancement of it reliability by forming an insulating body layer on the heaterresistor between electrodes, the body layer being as same as the electrode in its film thickness or the body layer having a larger thickness than the electrode.
