PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removal device capable of performing dust removal easily and effectively.SOLUTION: A dust removal device 100 includes: a dust position estimation unit 120 for estimating a position of a dust region which is a region where dust exits; an air blowing determination unit 130 for determining the way of air blowing for generating a predetermined airflow in the dust region, based on the estimated position; an air blowing unit 140 for performing air blowing the determined way of air blowing; and an intake unit 150 for performing air intake from a space where air blowing is performed. The dust removal device 100 has an information storage unit 110 for storing a control table in which air blowing control information for regulating the way of air blowing is described, for each position of the dust region. The air blowing determination unit 130 may determine the way of air blowing according to air blowing control information corresponding to the position of the estimated dust region, on the basis of the control table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
