PURPOSE:To utilize the recovered oil components as the auxiliary fuel and thus to plan to save the resources without requiring other fuel especially, by recovering the oil components in the drain from the thermal decomposition process of solid waste products and by burning or decomposing these oil components at the combustion tower or the decomposition tower in the thermal decomposition process.
