Inflatable cuff for measuring haemodynamic values comprises a fabric in twill weave, with its parts interwoven seamlessly, pref. by special arrangements of the thread cross-over points at the fabric edges, with reciprocal weave effects formed by displacement of the weave point with each successive weft thread by one warp thread to left and right. Pref. on the inside of the cuff casing (1) is a rectangular pocket (2) in which is housed an inflatable pressure bag, and which is seamlessly interwoven with the cuff casing at the two longitudinal edges and one side edge. At the other side edge is a pocket opening (3) for introducing the bag (5) and at one of the longitudinal edges is a passage (4) for the air tube (6). The cuff has reduced mfg. costs.
