<p>The housing consists of a base bearing assembly (2) on which side walls (14, 15) rest. The top parts of the side walls serve as supports for the roof bearers (17-19). The side walls (14, 15) are fitted with reinforcing struts (21-26) fixed to the side walls and to the roof section bearers (17-19). The struts are fixed to the side walls approx. half way of their height and support the roof section bearers about in the middle of their length. The walls (14, 15) are also fitted with lateral bracings (27-32) fitted in about mid-height of the walls. They are fixed to the walls and to the base support bearers as well. The design provides a gas-tight electrostatic filter housing structure with reduced material requirements, relatively low weight and satisfactory stiffness.</p> |
