Mortice lock with sliding locking bolt - has rotating lever and pin ensuring play free movement of key

The mortice lock has locking bolt held in locked position witth a slot in the locking plate. The lock housing has a rotating lever with a guide edge in contact with the locking pin for bolt actuation. The lever has pin in the slot of the lock in bolt. This forms force transmission drive between the pin and the lock. The transmission of the key rotation movement to the locking bolt is carried ouut without play. The rotating lever (32) is engaged with a second rotating lever (52) pivoted in the housing. This second lever has return ratchet for the locking pin. Pref. the two lavers are aligned in the same plane.
