A non-stick medium is to be applied to one side of the film, after it leaves the extruder,and pref. before it has set. The non-stick medium is pref. a powder, blown on to the film by air used to cool it. The difficulty of when plastic film is shrunk down onto a plastic-packed item stacked on a pallet and sticks to them is avoided.
