PURPOSE:To facilitate frequency adjustment after perfection and lower impedance by forming at least a pair of recessed grooves at the thickness center on the side faces of a crystal vibrator to support the vibrator at these portions and providing a perpressurizing means for frequency adjustment of the vibrator at the thickness center of the side faces. |
