CONTROLLING METHOD FOR FURNACE TEMPERATURE AT BATCH TYPE HEAT TREATMENTFURNACE

PURPOSE:To decrease the amount of consumption of the fuel, by controlling the furnace temperature in the desired range of changing rate of the furnace temperature always in the burning state of an ideal ratio of air to fuel, when the furnace temperature is regulated by using the controlling meter which outputs the on-off signals according to the signs of positive or negative of deviations of the furnace temperature at the batch heat treatment furnace.
