<p>A binder for paints, varnishes and inks comprises the reaction product of a film forming compound pref contg. between 0.66-1 Zerewitinoff labile H atom/molecule and a polyisocyanate having at least 3-NCO groups. The binder limits the penetration of the compsn. containing it into a substrate and confers good application properties.</p> |
