<p>Chloro polymers are produced from olefinically unsatd. monomers, which are obtained by dehydrochlorination of a satd. aliphatic chlorohydrocarbon, in alkali medium. The monomer obtained is polymerised in situ, and there is no necessity for isolation and purification of the monomer.</p> |
