Polyester (I) or polyamide (II) fibres are spin dyed using a master batch granulate contg. polystyrene (III), a hydrogenated rosinglycerol ester (IV) and respectively for (I) and (II) a satd. (I) or (II). The fibres are dyed evenly with no streaks or turbidity. The melt characteristics of the granulate are compatible with those of the fibre. |
